If you interact with forms within an app created on Goloris, the app owner may collect the data you submit. In case of external integrations (e.g., calendar or e-commerce providers), your input may be shared with those third-party services based on the app configuration.

Data you provide in applications is controlled by the app owner. For example, if an appointment form requires your name, surname, and email, and is linked to a calendar integration, this information may be transferred to the connected third-party calendar service.

By submitting data within an application, you acknowledge and consent that this data may be shared with third-party providers as defined by the app owner. Goloris does not share your personal information with external providers without your knowledge or consent.

3. Communications

We may contact you by email to notify you about new features, updates to our Terms & Conditions, changes in pricing plans, or important service-related announcements.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

To delete your Goloris account, please email us from your registered account email at [email protected] with the subject “Delete My Account”. Once verified, all personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you are an end user of an app built on Goloris, please contact the app owner directly to request deletion of your data.

5. Children’s Privacy

Goloris is not designed or intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be permanently deleted. Parents or guardians who believe their child’s data has been provided should contact us immediately.

6. Data Storage & Transfers

All data is hosted in servers located in Nuremberg, Germany. Data is stored and processed within the European Union.

However, as Goloris is a global platform, data may be accessed from and transferred outside your country of residence. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.

We take industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. We encourage users to protect their account credentials and report any suspicious activity.
