Refund Policy

At Goloris, payments are securely processed by third-party providers (such as Paddle or LemonSqueezy). Refunds, if approved, are issued by these providers back to your original payment method.

1. When Refunds Apply

  • You were charged twice or for a duplicate order,
  • A technical issue prevented proper use of the service and could not be resolved,
  • An unauthorized payment was confirmed by the payment processor.

Refunds are not given for: change of mind, unused time, partial billing periods, or downgrades during an active cycle.

2. Cancellations & Requests

You may cancel anytime; your subscription stays active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds apply.

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] or via the support page, including your order ID and account email. We review requests within 5–10 business days.

3. Other Notes

  • Taxes, currency exchange differences, or bank fees are not refundable unless required by law.
  • Abuse, fraud, or filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension and denial of refunds.
  • Local mandatory consumer protection laws in your country always take priority.
